Clifton

The Town of Clifton is a tiny incorporated town in southwestern Fairfax County, Northern Virginia, with just 243 residents in 2020. Incorporated in 1902 and a National Register historic district since 1985, its preserved 19th-century railroad-village core and surrounding five-acre zoning have kept it small, wooded and famously quaint.
